Our Puppy Yoga events have always been about movement, connection, and helping rescue animals find loving homes. This July, we're gathering for an extra special reason.

Many of you know and love Sam, the incredible woman who first brought Puppy Yoga to our community. After relocating to Tennessee, Sam came across a frightened stray dog seeking shelter near her mailbox. As she learned more about the dog's situation, it became clear this sweet girl needed a safe place to land. Sam stepped in without hesitation—and soon discovered she was pregnant.

Fast forward a few months, and Sam is now caring for ten adorable puppies while covering the costs of their care, food, veterinary visits, and training.

Join us for a playful 20-minute Puppy Yoga session filled with movement, laughter, puppy snuggles, and plenty of photo opportunities—all while supporting these precious pups and the person who has helped so many rescue animals along the way.

July 11 & 12
$12 per person

Session Times:
• 9:00–9:20 AM
• 9:30–9:50 AM
• 10:00–10:20 AM
• 10:50–11:10 AM
• 11:20–11:40 AM

Interested in adopting?
To ensure every puppy finds the right forever home, all adopters must be pre-approved. Please contact helpmissmaya@gmail.com to begin the approval process.

If you meet your future best friend at the event but aren't yet approved, don't worry—you can take time to think it over and return once the approval process is complete.

Each adopted puppy will go home with:
• Harness and leash set
• Crate (with 3 weeks of crate training already started)
• Bag of puppy food
• Veterinary records and vaccine history
• Weight charts
• Polaroid photos
• Starter toys
• Two reusable puppy pads

Adoption Fee: $600
($300 deposit, $300 due at pickup)
